These Terms of Service set the rules for using the Infinity Tools website and every tool on it. Please read them before using the site.

1. Acceptance

By using Infinity Tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Infinity Tools provides

Infinity Tools is a collection of free online tools that run in your web browser. These include YouTube tools, creator and graphics tools, personal and productivity tools and some calculators. These tools are provided as is and without any implied guarantee of accuracy, effectiveness, or safety. By using this site, you agree that you are using them at your own risk.

3. Acceptable use and copyright

Use the tools lawfully and do not try to disrupt the site. Content you retrieve with a tool belongs to its owners: YouTube thumbnails and storyboard frames are the property of their respective creators and/or YouTube, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you download. The YouTube and creator tools are intended for personal reference, fair-use and educational purposes. Do not use downloaded images or other data in a way that infringes copyright, implies endorsement, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service. With the image tools (Image Upscaler, Image Resizer and Image Background Remover), only use pictures you own or have permission to edit; your images stay on your device and remain yours.

4. Not medical advice

The Sleep Calculator and its guides offer general information only. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from a doctor. If sleep problems affect your daily life, talk to a doctor.

5. No affiliation

Infinity Tools is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC or any other company whose services our tools work with. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.

6. Service "as is"

The tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results depend on the information you enter and, for the YouTube tools, on what YouTube makes available; some thumbnail resolutions may not exist for every video. Results made with AI, such as an enlarged image or a removed background, can contain mistakes, like changed details or imperfect edges, so check them before you use them. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Infinity Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
